Description

The Lenovo ThinkSystem SR685a V3 is an air-cooled 8U GPU rack server built for generative AI and HPC workloads. It pairs two AMD EPYC 9005 (Turin) or 9004 (Genoa) processors, with up to 128 cores each, with eight high-speed interconnected GPUs on an onboard GPU board. Supported GPU options include AMD MI300X 750W OAM, NVIDIA H100 700W SXM5 and NVIDIA H200 700W SXM5 accelerators.

The server provides 24 DDR5 DIMM slots across 12 memory channels per processor, up to 16 hot-swap PCIe 5.0 NVMe drive bays, and up to 10 PCIe 5.0 x16 FHHL slots including a rear OCP 3.0 slot. Up to eight hot-swap redundant 2600W 80 PLUS Titanium power supplies deliver N+N redundancy, and Lenovo XClarity Controller provides embedded management.
