It pairs two 4th or 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors with four NVIDIA H100 700W SXM5 Tensor Core GPUs interconnected via NVLink, delivering up to 900GB/s of GPU-to-GPU bandwidth for demanding accelerated workloads.

With 32 DDR5 DIMM slots supporting up to 4TB of memory, up to 8 x 2.5-inch NVMe SSD drives, and up to 4 x PCIe Gen5 x16 slots plus an OCP 3.0 slot, the XE8640 gives data centre teams the memory, storage, and expansion headroom needed for large-scale AI deployments. Dual 2800W Titanium hot-swap redundant power supplies and NVIDIA GPUDirect Storage support round out a platform designed for sustained, high-density compute.
