The Arista SFP-10G-ER is a 10GBASE-ER SFP+ optical transceiver delivering 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over duplex single-mode fibre (SMF) at distances of up to 40km. Operating at a 1550nm wavelength, it is purpose-built for long-reach enterprise data centre interconnects, campus backbone links, metro area networks (MAN), and distributed campus infrastructure where extended fibre spans are required. Digital Diagnostics Monitoring (DDM) provides real-time visibility into temperature, voltage, transmit/receive power, and bias current for proactive network management.
