The Arista QSFP-100G-SR4-E is a 100 Gigabit QSFP28 SR4 multimode fibre transceiver designed for high-density data centre interconnects. Operating over parallel OM3 or OM4 multimode fibre via an MPO-12 connector, it delivers reach of up to 30m (OM3) or 50m (OM4) without FEC for ultra-low latency applications, and extends to 70m (OM3) or 100m (OM4) with Forward Error Correction enabled. This makes it ideal for top-of-rack to end-of-row and inter-switch links in Arista 7000 Series and compatible 100G switching platforms.
