Description

The Arista QDD-800G-2LR4 is an 800G QSFP-DD transceiver that delivers two independent 400GBASE-LR4 links in a single module, with two duplex LC connectors and a reach of up to 10km over duplex single-mode fibre. It suits high-density data centre spine and leaf deployments, data centre interconnect and AI cluster fabrics where port density and long-reach optics are both required.

The module uses standards-based optics, so each 400G link interoperates with 400GBASE-LR4 modules at the far end. It is hot swappable for simple serviceability and belongs to Arista's optics portfolio covering 1G to 800G across OSFP, QSFP-DD, QSFP and SFP form factors.
