Description

The Arista QDD-400G-ZRP2 is a 400G QSFP-DD digital coherent tunable transceiver supporting 400GBASE-ZR+ and OpenZR+, built for long-reach data centre interconnect over duplex single-mode fibre. With a transmit output power above 0 dBm, it suits DWDM links that need a higher launch power than the lower-power QDD-400G-ZR variant.

Tunable coherent optics allow wavelength selection for DWDM deployments, and OpenZR+ support enables multi-vendor coherent interoperability. The module plugs into QSFP-DD ports on supported Arista platforms, letting you add 400G coherent reach without a separate transponder.
