The Arista OSFP-400G-ZR OSFP Digital Coherent Tunable Transceiver delivers 400Gb/s over a single DWDM wavelength across duplex single-mode fibre — reaching up to 120km with amplification and 40km unamplified. Designed for Data Centre Interconnect (DCI), it uses Dual Polarization-16QAM (DP-16QAM) coherent modulation and integrates directly into compatible Arista switches and routers, eliminating the need for external DWDM transponders and reducing both rack space and capital expenditure.

Compliant with the OIF-400ZR MSA standard, the OSFP-400G-ZR2 ensures multi-vendor interoperability and supports tunable C-Band DWDM wavelengths (1528.77nm–1567.13nm) configurable via Arista EOS software.
