Description

The Aruba X151 JL309A is a 100G QSFP28 SR4 transceiver for short-reach 100GbE links over multimode fibre. It runs 4 x 25G NRZ lanes at 850 nm through an MPO-12 connector, reaching 70 m on OM3 and 100 m on OM4 MMF, making it well suited to data centre and campus switch interconnects.

The module supports Digital Optical Monitoring for real-time diagnostics and can be optically split into 4 x 25G on supported Aruba CX switches to connect to 25G SR transceivers. It is supported across Aruba CX 6300, 6400, 8100, 8325, 8360, 8400, 9300, 9300S and 10000 series platforms, subject to the minimum AOS-CX software version for each platform.
