Description

The PAN-CBL-QSFP-QSFP28-BO-2M is a 2m OM4 multimode fibre breakout cable that splits a single MPO connector into four LC duplex pairs. It is designed for QSFP+ and QSFP28 breakout applications on Palo Alto Networks firewalls, such as running a 100G SR4 port as 4 x 25G links or a 40G port as 4 x 10G links.

The OM4 fibre construction suits short-reach multimode links within the rack or between adjacent racks. The female MPO connector plugs into the QSFP optic, while the four male LC duplex pairs connect to downstream devices or patch panels, giving a flexible way to increase port density in data centre and campus deployments.
