Description

The TN-4900 ETBN secure router with 8x PoE+ Fast Ethernet ports, 4x Gigabit PoE+ ports and 4x Gigabit ports with bypass relay is built for rolling stock backbone networks. It supports IEC 61375 ETBN and uses M12 connectors throughout: M12 D-coded for the Fast Ethernet PoE+ ports and M12 X-coded for the Gigabit ports. A 95 W total PoE budget powers connected devices such as cameras and access points, and the redundant 24 to 110 VDC dual power inputs suit train power systems. The conformal-coated PCB and IP40 metal housing support operation from -40 to 70°C.

Routing and security are built in, with static routes, RIP and OSPF, NAT, VRRP, a stateful firewall and IPsec VPN with up to 250 tunnels. Secure Boot and IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 support cybersecurity requirements, and TRDP railway protocol support, EN 50155, EN 50121-4 and EN 45545-2 compliance suit railway deployments.
