Description

The Moxa TN-4908-ETBN-F-4GTX-4GTXBP-WV-T is a rolling-stock M12 secure router from the TN-4900 Series, combining a stateful firewall, IEC 61375 ETBN functionality and routing in a single IP40 metal unit. It provides eight Gigabit M12 X-coded ports, four of which are fitted with bypass relays to keep train backbone traffic flowing, and this variant does not carry conformal coating (-WV-T).

Built for onboard railway networks, it supports a 24 to 110 VDC redundant dual power input, operates from -40 to 70°C and complies with EN 50155 and EN 50121-4. Routing, NAT, IPsec VPN, VRRP and Turbo Ring or RSTP redundancy make it suitable for segmenting and securing train communication networks, with IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 certification on firewall models.
