Description

The Moxa EDR-G9004-VPN-2MGTXSFP-CT-T is an industrial secure router that combines firewall, NAT and VPN in a single DIN-rail unit. This coated model is built for harsh sites, with a conformal coating, a -40 to 75°C wide operating temperature range and redundant 12/24/48 VDC power inputs. It provides 2 Gigabit RJ45 ports with Gen3 LAN Bypass and 2 combo ports that take either 10/100/1000BaseT(X) copper or 1000/2500BaseSFP fibre, with support for up to 250 IPsec VPN tunnels.

Routing throughput reaches 2 Gbps with up to 400K concurrent connections, and the router supports OSPF, RIPv1/v2, static routing and VRRP. Deep packet inspection for industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP and OPC UA, optional IPS (licence required) and MXsecurity management support help protect OT networks. The IP40 metal housing and broad certifications, including DNV, IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613 and EN 50121-4, suit utilities, transport and process automation. SFP modules are sold separately.

Q: What does the CT-T suffix mean on this model?

Q: Are SFP modules included?
A: No. The package contains the router, a DB9 female to USB Type-C cable, a quick installation guide and a warranty card. SFP modules are sold separately.
