Description

The EDR-810 industrial secure router combines a stateful firewall, NAT, VPN, routing and managed Layer 2 switching in a single DIN-rail device. This VPN model provides 8 Fast Ethernet RJ45 ports and 2 Gigabit SFP slots, supports up to 10 IPsec tunnels with AES-256 plus OpenVPN client and server, and uses a wide temperature design rated for -40 to 75°C operation.

The firewall inspects industrial protocols including Modbus TCP and Modbus UDP using PacketGuard technology, while RSTP, Turbo Ring v2 and VRRP support network redundancy. A metal housing, redundant 12 to 48 VDC power input and approvals including ATEX, Class I Division 2, DNV, EN 50121-4 and IEC 61162-460 make it suited to harsh industrial, marine and rail environments.
