Description

The Moxa EDR-810-2GSFP is an industrial multiport secure router that combines a stateful firewall, NAT, routing and a managed Layer 2 switch in one DIN-rail device. This no-VPN, standard-temperature model provides 8 x 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and 2 x 100/1000BaseSFP slots, and is built to create an electronic security perimeter around critical remote control and monitoring networks. It operates from -10 to 60°C.

The EDR-810 series supports both stateful inspection router firewall and transparent bridge firewall modes, NAT with N-to-1, 1-to-1 and port-forwarding options, and VRRP routing redundancy. PacketGuard technology inspects industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP, while RSTP and Turbo Ring provide network redundancy. Security features are based on IEC 62443 and NERC CIP, and the series is compliant with the IEC 61162-460 marine cybersecurity standard.

A: No. This is the non-VPN model. VPN functions such as IPsec and OpenVPN are available only on the EDR-810-VPN-2GSFP models.
