Description

The Moxa EDR-8010-VPN-2GSFP is an industrial secure router that combines a firewall, NAT, IPsec VPN, routing and managed Layer 2 switching in one DIN-rail device. It provides 8 x 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and 2 x 1000BaseSFP slots, supports up to 50 concurrent IPsec VPN tunnels, and is the standard-temperature VPN model rated for -10 to 60°C. It is built to protect critical OT networks such as substations, water stations and factory automation.

Firewall throughput reaches 1000 Mbps and routing throughput 500 Mbps, with deep packet inspection for industrial protocols including Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and Siemens S7. Redundant 12/24/48 VDC dual power inputs, RSTP and Turbo Ring redundancy, VRRP routing redundancy and a metal IP40 housing suit demanding industrial and marine environments.
