Description

The Moxa EDR-8010-VPN-2GSFP-CT-T is an industrial secure VPN router that combines firewall, NAT and IPsec VPN in a compact DIN-rail housing. It provides 8 x 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and 2 x 1000BaseSFP slots, supports up to 50 concurrent IPsec VPN tunnels, and is built with conformal coating for operation from -40 to 75°C. This makes it well suited to securing remote sites, substations, transport and other harsh-environment OT networks.

The router offers stateful firewall inspection in router and transparent modes, Deep Packet Inspection for industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850 and EtherNet/IP, and an optional Intrusion Prevention System with an additional licence. Redundant 12/24/48 VDC dual power inputs, a metal IP40 housing and a broad certification list including IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, EN 50121-4 and DNV support deployment in demanding industrial applications.
