Description

The EDR-8010-VPN-2GSFP-CT is an industrial secure router with firewall, NAT and IPsec VPN, built for protecting OT networks in harsh environments. It provides 8 x 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports and 2 x 1000BaseSFP slots, supports up to 50 IPsec VPN tunnels, and delivers up to 1000 Mbps firewall throughput and 500 Mbps routing throughput. The conformal-coated PCB suits dusty, humid and corrosive conditions, and the unit operates from -10 to 60°C.

OT-centric deep packet inspection covers industrial protocols including Modbus TCP/UDP, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP and OPC UA. Redundant 12/24/48 VDC dual power inputs, an IP40 metal housing and DIN-rail mounting make it straightforward to deploy in control cabinets. Maritime, rail, substation and hazardous-location certifications support use in demanding industrial sectors.
