Description

The Moxa EDR-8010-2GSFP-CT is an EDR-8010 industrial secure router that combines a firewall, NAT, router and switch in one compact DIN-rail unit. It provides 8 Fast Ethernet RJ45 ports and 2 Gigabit SFP slots, with conformal coated PCBs for harsh environments. This variant has no VPN and operates from -10 to 60°C, making it suited to substation, marine and factory automation networks that need segmentation and protection for operational technology.

Routing throughput reaches 500 Mbps (50K pps), with OSPF, RIPv1/v2, static routing and VRRP routing redundancy, plus RSTP, Turbo Ring v2 and Turbo Chain for layer 2 resilience. Deep packet inspection covers Modbus TCP/UDP, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP, MELSEC, Omron FINS, OPC UA and Siemens S7. Redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC inputs, a metal IP40 housing and marine certifications (DNV IEC 61162-460 and IACS UR E27) support demanding installations. SFP modules are sold separately.
