Description

The Moxa AWK-3262A-UN-T is an industrial Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11ax) wireless AP, bridge and client built for harsh environments. It delivers concurrent dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation with aggregated data rates up to 1.775 Gbps, and pairs one 10/100/1000/2500BaseT(X) port with one 10/100/1000BaseT(X) port in an IP30 housing. This UN band model carries the -T wide temperature rating, operating from -40 to 75°C.

Wi-Fi 6 OFDMA and Spatial Reuse support multi-client communication in high-density environments, while AeroMesh provides an adaptive, self-forming, self-healing and controller-agnostic mesh network. Built-in 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band pass filters and power and antenna port isolation improve link reliability and ESD/surge protection, and the unit remains backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac clients.

Features

- Wi-Fi 6 OFDMA and Spatial Reuse for multi-client communication in high-density environments

FAQs

Q: What operating modes does the AWK-3262A-UN-T support?
A: It can operate as a wireless access point, bridge or client, which suits both infrastructure and point-to-point industrial links.

Q: What temperature range does this model support?
A: The -T wide temperature variant operates from -40 to 75°C, making it suitable for outdoor cabinets, mining, transport and other harsh sites.

Q: What does the UN band designation mean?
A: The UN band model covers 2.412-2.472 GHz (13 channels) and 5.180-5.320 GHz across two 4-channel groups, with DFS support in AP mode. Confirm that the band suits your region before deployment.

Q: Which Ethernet ports does it have?
A: It has one 10/100/1000/2500BaseT(X) port and one 10/100/1000BaseT(X) port, so a multi-gigabit uplink can carry the full aggregated wireless throughput.

Q: Will it work with older Wi-Fi clients?
A: Yes. It is backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac clients as well as 802.11ax devices.

Q: Can it form a mesh network?
A: Yes. AeroMesh creates an adaptive, self-forming, self-healing and controller-agnostic mesh network for roaming and redundant wireless backhaul.
