Description

The Moxa AWK-3131A-M12-RTG-EU-T is an 802.11n railway onboard access point and client for train-to-ground communication. This EU-band model uses M12 anti-vibration connectors and an IP30 metal housing, with an extended -40 to 75C operating temperature (-T) for harsh rolling stock environments. It supports train speeds up to 120 km/h.

The single-radio design supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation with access point, client, client-router and sniffer modes. Redundant 12 to 48 VDC power inputs or 48 VDC PoE, DIN-rail mounting and a relay alarm output make it suited to onboard railway networks. It is certified to EN 50155 and EN 50121-4. Controller-based Turbo Roaming is available when used with a Moxa wireless controller.
