Description

The Moxa AWK-3131A-M12-RCC-EU-CT is a Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) railway onboard single-radio access point/client built for passenger Wi-Fi and inter-carriage wireless backbone networks. This variant uses the EU frequency band, operates from -25 to 60°C and includes conformal coating for added protection in demanding rolling stock environments.

It combines dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation with data rates up to 300 Mbps, M12 anti-vibration connectors and an IP30 housing. Auto Carriage Connection and fast client-based Turbo Roaming keep connections stable across carriages, while PoE powering and a removable terminal block simplify installation. It is certified to EN 50121-4 and EN 50155 for railway use.
