The Genesis XP 7680g USB kit is a hands-free 1D/2D area-imaging presentation barcode scanner with standard range (SR) focus, built for retail point-of-sale and healthcare checkout counters. Its 1 MP area imager reads 1D, PDF417, 2D, DotCode and Digimarc codes from 0 to 1 m, with 400 cm/s motion tolerance on 13 mil UPC for fast, effortless presentation scanning. This SKU is the black, corded kit supplied for USB host connection.

A 360-degree tri-colour LED ring marks the scan area and gives clear user feedback, while warm white illumination switches off between scans through automatic object detection. The removable, adjustable compact stand and disinfectant-ready housing suit busy counters, and an auxiliary expansion port supports future smart accessories. Optional wall-mount, POS-mount and downward-facing placement accessories allow flexible deployment.
