Description

The FortiPAM 400G is a small form factor 1U privileged access management appliance supporting up to 25 users, 25,000 secrets, 1,000 folders and 2,500 secret requests in its base configuration. It provides credential vaulting with AES256 encryption, session monitoring with keystroke and video recording, and clientless secure remote access, helping IT and security teams control and audit privileged accounts across servers, network devices and OT environments.

Built on an Intel Core i7-14700 CPU with 16GB DDR5 ECC memory, 2TB SSD and 8TB HDD storage and a TPM, the 400G integrates with the Fortinet Security Fabric, including ZTNA validation through FortiClient EMS. It supports MFA and SSO via SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, Active Directory, FortiToken and FortiAuthenticator, multi-tier approval workflows, high availability and disaster recovery.

Warranty

Fortinet provides robust warranty coverage for its hardware and software products, with durations and terms based on product category:
• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
