Description

The FG-TRAN-QSFP-4XSFP is a 40G/100G QSFP+/QSFP28 to 4x SFP+/SFP28 optical parallel breakout cable for splitting a single high-speed port into four lower-speed connections. It uses OM3 multimode fibre with an MPO connector at the QSFP end and four LC connectors at the SFP end, in a 1m length suited to in-rack and adjacent-rack connections.

This breakout cable lets data centre and campus network teams increase port density by fanning out one 40G or 100G port to four 10G or 25G links. Transceivers are not included and must be sourced separately for both the QSFP and SFP ends.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
