The PowerEdge XR12 is a ruggedised, short-depth 2U single-socket rack server built for edge, telecom and other harsh deployment environments. It is designed to run demanding edge workloads while tolerating operating-temperature extremes that standard data centre servers are not built for.

Powered by a single 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processor with DDR4 memory across 8 DIMM slots, the XR12 gives remote sites, cell sites and compact enclosures a capable compute platform in a small footprint. Its NEBS Level 3 compliant design suits telecommunications and other regulated edge deployments.
