Description

The AP-765EX is a Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) hazardous-location (HazLoc) outdoor access point for harsh industrial environments such as oil rigs, manufacturing plants and transport sites. This RW regulatory domain model pairs a flexible 2x2 radio with dynamic omni-directional antennas that are provisioned in software, and carries IP66/IP67 ingress protection with an operating range down to -40 C.

A single 100/1000/2500/5000BASE-T port delivers both data and PoE power (802.3at/bt), and the Flex Radio supports dual 2x2 operation across 5 GHz and 6 GHz or a 6 GHz single-radio mode with up to 5.8 Gbps. Integrated Bluetooth 5.4 and Zigbee (802.15.4) radios support IoT deployments, and a built-in TPM adds hardware-level security. The access point is managed through HPE Aruba Networking Central. Power sources are sold separately.
