The AP-679EX is a tri-radio 2x2 Wi-Fi 6E outdoor access point built for hazardous locations, certified to Class 1 Division 2 and ATEX Zone 2. This S0Q61A model uses the RW (Rest of World) regulatory domain and integrates tri-band dynamic directional antennas with wide and narrow modes, delivering up to 3.9 Gbps aggregate peak data rate across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands.

Built for oil and gas sites, industrial manufacturing and transportation environments, the access point has an IP66/IP67 rated, weatherproof and temperature-hardened enclosure. Dual 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet PoE-PD ports, Bluetooth 5 and Zigbee support, a USB 2.0 port and pole or ceiling mounting make it suited to demanding outdoor and industrial wireless deployments.
