Description

The Eaton 9PX 1500VA/1500W online double-conversion rack/tower UPS delivers clean, regulated power in a compact 2U footprint. This ANZ variant has a 10A input with Australian cabling and a rail kit included, ready for rack deployment. With unity power factor (1500VA equals 1500W), it makes the full rated capacity available to connected IT loads such as servers, storage and network equipment.

The 9PX uses double-conversion topology with power factor correction to continuously monitor and regulate voltage and frequency, with an internal bypass for service continuity. Eight IEC C13 outlets, a graphical LCD, hot-swappable batteries and Advanced Battery Management make it well suited to server rooms and comms cabinets. Optional extended battery modules (EBM) extend runtime, and the UPS is compatible with virtual environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix Xen and Red Hat.
