Description

The Arista DCS-7050SX3-96YC8-R is a fixed-configuration 2RU data centre leaf switch with 96 SFP ports running at 25G (or 10G/1G) and 8 QSFP100 uplinks. Delivering 6.4 Tbps of system throughput and latency from 800ns, it is built for high-density 25G server access with 100G uplinks in leaf and spine designs. This SKU has rear-to-front airflow and ships with two AC power supplies (1+1 redundant) and four N+1 fans.

The switch runs Arista EOS and supports full IEEE 25GbE, making it straightforward to migrate server connectivity from 10G to 25G. Each QSFP port can run as 1x100G, 2x50G, 1x40G, 4x25G or 4x10G, and a wide range of SFP+, SFP28, QSFP+ and QSFP100 transceivers and cables are supported.
