Description

The Arista DCS-7170-32C-F is a fixed-configuration 1RU programmable data centre switch with 32 QSFP100 ports and 2 SFP+ ports, running Arista EOS. This SKU ships with front-to-rear airflow and dual AC power supplies, making it suited to hot-aisle and cold-aisle rack deployments that need 40/100GbE density with ultra-low latency.

Each QSFP100 port operates at 10G, 25G, 40G, 50G or 100G, and breakout support provides up to 64 x 50GbE or 128 x 10/25GbE connections. The programmable architecture lets buffer and system resources be tailored to specific application classes, while Touch Provisioning, VMTracer and Linux-based tools run natively on the switch.
