Description

The Arista 7516R DC bundle is a 16-slot, 29RU modular chassis switch for high-density 10/25/40/50/100GbE data centre cores. It ships with the 7516N chassis, 12x 3000W DC power supplies, 6x 7500R fabric modules with integrated fans and 1x 7516-Sup2 supervisor, and scales to 150Tbps and 69Bpps with up to 576 x 100GbE ports.

Built around -48 to -60V DC power, it suits telco and data centre facilities that run DC feeds. It uses a non-blocking, lossless fabric with N+N power redundancy and N+1 fabric redundancy, and runs Arista EOS. Line cards are ordered separately and support 7500R, 7500R2, 7500R2A and 7500R2AK modules.
