Description

The Smart-UPS 5000VA/4000W line-interactive rack/tower UPS provides sine wave battery backup for servers and network equipment from a 5U chassis with 230V input and output. It offers 8x IEC C13 and 2x IEC C19 outlets, plus 4 IEC jumper outlets, so a mix of rack equipment can be powered from a single unit, and it can be installed in a rack or stood as a tower.

A SmartSlot accepts an optional Web/SNMP network management card, and a serial (DB-9) port supports automatic shutdown. Intelligent battery management helps extend battery life, the battery is hot-swappable, and PowerChute management software is included. The replacement battery cartridge is the RBC55.
