FAQs

Q: Will this headset work with my desk phone?
A: Yes, if your phone has an RJ9 headset port. It is optimised for Yealink T3/T4/T5 series desk phones. Other brands may work but pinouts vary, so compatibility is not guaranteed.

Q: Can I connect it to a computer or mobile device?
A: No. This model is an analog RJ9 headset for desk phones. For PC/Mac or mobile use, choose a USB or 3.5 mm headset (e.g., a USB variant) instead.

Q: Does it support remote call control (answer/end) from the cable?
A: No. With RJ9 headsets you answer/end using the phone’s headset/line keys. Remote call control typically requires a compatible electronic hook switch (EHS) and supported wireless headset.

Q: Is this a stereo headset?
A: No, it is a mono (single‑ear) headset designed to keep one ear open for situational awareness. A dual‑ear version is available if you need more immersion.

Q: Are the ear cushions replaceable?
A: Yes. The leatherette cushion is replaceable to extend service life and maintain hygiene in high‑use environments.

Q: Can I buy this in Australia from IP Trading?
A: Absolutely. IP Trading supplies genuine stock in Australia with GST invoicing and local support. Order online or contact the team for volume pricing and availability.
