The Poly Blackwire 3325 is a corded stereo UC headset with a noise-cancelling omnidirectional microphone on a flexible boom, built for desk-based staff in offices, contact centres and hybrid work setups. It connects by USB-C with a tethered USB-A adapter, or via a detachable 3.5 mm plug, so a single headset covers PCs, Macs and mobile devices.

Inline controls handle answer/end, mute and volume, while 32 mm speakers with Dynamic EQ deliver clear stereo audio. SoundGuard acoustic protection limits sound to 118 dBA, and the UC certification supports use with leading unified communications and virtual meeting platforms. Plantronics Hub desktop software is supported for management.
