Description

The Palo Alto Networks PA-1420 is a 1U ML-Powered next-generation firewall for branch offices and midsize businesses, delivering 9.9 Gbps firewall throughput and up to 1.4 million concurrent sessions. This appliance-only AC power model includes a 240GB SSD and provides App-ID based Layer 7 inspection and threat prevention regardless of port, protocol or encryption.

A flexible port mix of 1G, multi-gig PoE and 1G/10G SFP/SFP+ interfaces suits varied branch and edge deployments. The PA-1420 runs PAN-OS and supports Advanced Threat Prevention, Advanced WildFire, Advanced URL Filtering, DNS Security, Enterprise DLP, SaaS Security and IoT Security subscriptions, with centralised management through Panorama or Strata Cloud Manager.

• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
