Description

The Moxa EDR-G9004-VPN-2MGTXSFP-CT/KC is an industrial secure router that combines firewall, NAT and VPN in a compact DIN-rail unit. It provides two Gigabit copper ports with Gen3 LAN Bypass and two Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo ports, making it well suited to protecting industrial control networks at the edge of an OT environment. This -CT/KC variant adds conformal coating with KC certification and is specified for operation from 10 to 60°C.

Built for demanding installations, the router uses a metal IP40 housing with redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC power inputs on a removable terminal block. Deep Packet Inspection for OT-specific protocols and IPS/IDS capabilities add a further layer of defence for critical industrial systems, while dual WAN redundant interfaces support resilient connectivity.
