Description

The Juniper SRX345 is a 1U branch-office firewall that consolidates security, routing, switching and WAN connectivity in a single platform. It delivers up to 5 Gbps of firewall throughput and 977 Mbps of IPsec VPN throughput, with 16 onboard 1GbE ports (8 RJ45 and 8 SFP) and four Mini-PIM slots for WAN expansion. This is the hardware-only SKU with a single fixed AC power supply, 4 GB RAM and 8 GB flash, and it requires an SRX345-JSB or SRX345-JSE software licence to complete the system.

Built for midsize to large distributed enterprise branches, the SRX345 supports next-generation firewall and secure SD-WAN deployments and runs Junos OS with automation tools such as Junos scripting and auto-installation. Stateful high availability through chassis cluster and VRRP, MACsec-capable onboard ports and optional Mini-PIM modules for T1/E1, VDSL2, 4G/LTE and 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi make it a flexible edge security platform.
