Description

The Juniper AC/HVDC power supply module delivers 3000W at a 20A input and is designed for ACX7509 routers. It accepts either AC or HVDC input, automatically detecting the supplied voltage, and provides 12V main and 12V standby outputs to keep the chassis powered.

This hot-removable, hot-insertable field-replaceable unit uses two counter-rotating fans for front-to-back cooling. It supports 1+1 redundancy in ACX7509-BASE and 2+2 redundancy in ACX7509-PREMIUM configurations, so a module can be replaced without taking the router offline. AC/HVDC and DC power supplies must not be mixed in the same chassis.
