The HPE P80417-B21 is an internal Tri-Mode storage cable kit for 4P HPE ProLiant DL580 Gen12 servers. It provides the 8SFF x2 drive cabling needed to connect the front drive cage to a Tri-Mode storage controller, enabling SAS, SATA and NVMe drive connectivity in the 8SFF configuration.

This kit is intended for use with MR416i-p or MR216i-p storage controllers and uses PCIe Tri-Mode (x2 bandwidth) cabling. It is an accessory for the ProLiant DL580 Gen12 and is not a standalone device, so confirm your server drive configuration and controller choice before ordering.
