It is an internal server option designed specifically for the ProLiant DL380a Gen12, allowing you to deploy OCP networking in the B slot position.

OCP adapters installed through this kit do not consume PCIe slots, leaving the server's standard PCIe expansion capacity free for other add-in cards. A maximum of one kit is supported per server.
