Description

The FortiNAC-M-550F is a 1U rack-mount network access control management appliance from the FortiNAC F Series, built to centrally manage multiple FortiNAC-F Control and Application (CA) servers across multi-site deployments. It supports up to 100 CA servers and is the Manager role in the F Series hardware range, with 32GB memory, 2x 960GB SSDs and 1x GbE plus 4x 10GbE SFP+ network interfaces.

Powered by an AMD EPYC 7413 24-core CPU and running the FortiNAC-OS operating system, it provides a single point of control when several FortiNAC appliances are deployed. Hot-plug 1+1 redundant power supplies, five system fans and software RAID1 across the two SSDs support dependable operation in the data centre or server room.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
