Description

The FortiNAC-CA-600F is a 1U rack-mount network access control appliance from the FortiNAC F Series, built as a high performance Control and Application server for medium environments. It manages up to 30,000 endpoints and delivers network visibility, Zero Trust access control and automated incident response across wired, wireless and VPN connections. Powered by an AMD EPYC 7413 24-core CPU with 32GB DDR4 memory, it handles up to 1,500 managed FortiGates.

The appliance discovers and profiles every device on the network, including BYOD, IoT, OT and IoMT, then applies role-based access and micro-segmentation policies. It integrates with FortiGate, FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer, FortiEDR, FortiSwitch, FortiAP and more than 90 third-party vendors, and supports active/passive High Availability and N+1 failover groups. PLUS or PRO FortiNAC licensing is required and sold separately.

Fortinet provides robust warranty coverage for its hardware and software products, with durations and terms based on product category:
• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
