Description

The FortiGate 600E USG is a 1U rack-mount enterprise next-generation firewall with 2 x 10GE SFP+ slots, 8 x GE SFP slots and 10 x GE RJ45 ports, including a dedicated management port, a high availability port and 8 switch ports. It is built on Fortinet's SPU NP6 network processor and CP9 content processor, delivering up to 36 Gbps IPv4 firewall throughput, 10 Gbps IPS throughput and 9.5 Gbps NGFW throughput for campus edge and data centre perimeter deployments.

This USG variant supports 8 million concurrent sessions and 450,000 new sessions per second, with up to 20 Gbps IPsec VPN throughput and 7 Gbps SSL-VPN throughput. It runs FortiOS with Security Fabric integration, supports Active-Active, Active-Passive and clustering high availability modes, and ships with dual AC power supplies for resilient operation.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
