Description

The Fortinet FEV-211F-N is a semi-rugged FortiExtender Vehicle 211F LTE CAT-12 wireless WAN router with dual SIM, built for vehicle and OT deployments. This variant uses a Sierra Wireless EM7565 CAT-12 modem with DL/UL speeds of 600/150 Mbps and supports LTE Band 28 for EU, APAC and LATAM carriers. It combines a 1x GE WAN port, 4x GE LAN ports and 2x2 dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi in a compact chassis suited to fleets, emergency services and transport.

GPS/GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, Galileo), Bluetooth 5.0 and a digital I/O connector let the unit track location and control external devices. It does not support Band 14 (FirstNet), and an external LTE antenna is required, such as the optional FANT-3IN1-TG-5M-FEV 3-in-1 roof-mount LTE/GNSS antenna. Cloud and on-premises management options simplify rollout across mobile sites.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
