Description

The FANT-7IN1-RCT-5M is a rugged 7-in-1 outdoor antenna built for demanding deployments requiring simultaneous 5G/LTE, Wi-Fi, and GNSS connectivity from a single weatherproof unit. Rated to IP69K and IK10, it delivers 4x 5G/4G LTE MIMO connections across 600 MHz–6 GHz, 2x dual-band Wi-Fi MIMO on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and 1x active GNSS antenna supporting GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo with SAW filter and LNA for precision positioning. Designed for fixed outdoor and industrial installations where cable routing and environmental resilience are critical.

Compatible with Fortinet FG, FGR, FEX, and FEV platform models featuring cellular or wireless capability, this antenna ships with a 5-metre integrated braided cable and SMA male connectors on all ports for straightforward integration. RoHS and REACH compliant, it suits infrastructure, transport, and utility deployments where a single consolidated antenna replaces multiple single-band solutions.

Features

- IP69K-rated enclosure withstands high-pressure washdown and severe outdoor weather
- IK10 impact-resistant housing for industrial and transport environments
- 4x 5G/4G LTE MIMO across 600 MHz–6 GHz for broad cellular band coverage
- Active GNSS patch antenna with SAW filter and LNA for precise location positioning
- 2x 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz Wi-Fi MIMO support for wireless client or backhaul connectivity
- Braided cable construction provides superior durability and flexibility over standard cables
- All-SMA male connector interface ensures compatibility across FG, FGR, FEX, and FEV platforms
- 7-in-1 consolidated design reduces installation complexity and external antenna count
- RoHS and REACH compliant for regulatory-conscious deployments

FAQs

Q: What connectivity types does the FANT-7IN1-RCT-5M support simultaneously?
A: The antenna supports seven simultaneous connections: 4x 5G/4G LTE MIMO (600 MHz–6 GHz), 2x dual-band Wi-Fi MIMO (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), and 1x active GNSS covering GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo — all from a single outdoor-rated unit.

Q: Which Fortinet devices is this antenna compatible with?
A: The FANT-7IN1-RCT-5M is compatible with Fortinet FG (FortiGate), FGR (FortiGate Rugged), FEX (FortiExtender), and FEV platform models that include cellular or wireless capability. Check your device's antenna connector specifications to confirm SMA male compatibility before installation.

Q: How is the antenna protected against outdoor conditions?
A: The antenna carries an IP69K waterproof rating, meaning it withstands high-pressure, high-temperature water jets — suitable for washdown environments. The IK10 impact rating provides protection against significant mechanical impacts, making it appropriate for industrial, transport, and utility deployments.

Q: What connector type does the antenna use and what cable length is included?
A: All seven ports use SMA male connectors for broad compatibility with Fortinet cellular and wireless devices. The antenna includes an integrated 5-metre braided cable, which offers enhanced durability and flexibility compared to standard PVC cable constructions.

Q: Is the GNSS function passive or active, and what satellite systems are supported?
A: The GNSS antenna is active, incorporating a SAW filter and LNA (low-noise amplifier) for improved signal acquisition and positioning accuracy. It supports GPS (USA), GLONASS (Russia), BeiDou (China), and Galileo (EU) constellations.
