Description

The Lenovo ThinkSystem DE4000H 2U24 SFF is a hybrid flash SAN storage array in a 2U rack chassis with 24 x 2.5-inch drive bays, supporting both HDD and SSD media. This diskless 0TB configuration includes 4 x 16Gb FC onboard ports and 8 x 16Gb FC host interface card ports, with no SFPs included, making it a flexible foundation for Fibre Channel SAN environments.

Dual controllers with 16GB of mirrored, flash-backed cache and redundant hot-swap power supplies protect data and keep the array online. RAID 0, 1, 3, 5, 6, 10 and Dynamic Disk Pools provide flexible data protection, while four 12Gb SAS expansion ports allow capacity to grow as requirements change.

Q: Does this DE4000H include drives?
A: No. This is a diskless 0TB configuration with 24 x 2.5-inch SFF bays. Compatible HDDs or SSDs must be added separately.

Q: Are SFP transceivers included?
A: No. The 4 x 16Gb FC onboard ports and 8 x 16Gb FC host interface card ports ship without SFPs, so compatible 16Gb FC SFPs need to be sourced separately.

Q: What RAID levels does it support?
