The Yealink CM20 ceiling microphone is a beamforming array microphone for medium to large conference rooms, capturing 360 degree audio from 16 omnidirectional microphones across 8 independent pickup zones. This SKU ships with a white mesh cover and a ceiling tile bridge for secure in-ceiling installation, so it is ready for a suspended ceiling deployment.

An integrated DSP provides noise reduction plus echo and reverberation cancellation, so no external audio processing is needed with Yealink MVC systems. It is powered over a single PoE Ethernet cable, supports AES67 for audio network integration, and offers full-duplex coverage of 30 sqm, extending to 60 sqm effective coverage. 8 beam outputs support speaker tracking and integration with room cameras for camera tracking.
