The Yealink PSU-5V-0.6A-FV is a 5V DC, 0.6A (600mA) external power adapter for Yealink SIP desk phones. It terminates in a 5.5mm DC connector on a 1.8m cable, making it a practical replacement or supplementary power supply for desks without PoE.
