Description

The Ubiquiti USW-16-POE-AU is a 16-port Layer 2 managed PoE+ switch from the UniFi Standard switching range, supplied with an Australian power plug. It provides 16 x Gigabit RJ45 ports, 8 of which deliver PoE+ (802.3at) up to 32W per port from a 42W total PoE budget, plus 2 x 1G SFP ports for fibre or additional uplinks. Silent fanless cooling and a 1U rack-mount form factor suit offices, retail sites and small server rooms where noise matters.

With 36 Gbps switching capacity and a 27 Mpps forwarding rate, the switch handles access-layer traffic for PoE devices such as access points, IP cameras and IP phones. It is managed through the UniFi Network application and supports LACP, STP/RSTP, IGMP snooping, 802.1X, voice VLAN and MAC- and IP-based ACLs for segmented, secure deployments.
