Description

The Palo Alto Networks ION 2000 wall mount kit is a mounting accessory for the Prisma SD-WAN ION 2000 appliance, designed for wall-mounted installations in branch offices, comms cupboards and other space-constrained locations. It lets you fix the appliance to a wall instead of using a desktop or rack position.

This kit is intended for use with the Prisma SD-WAN ION 2000 and helps keep the appliance secure and off the floor or desk. It is a suitable addition when deploying SD-WAN edge hardware across multiple sites where rack space is not available.

Warranty

Palo Alto Networks offers standard warranty coverage for both its hardware and software products to ensure reliability and peace of mind.
• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
